We often get bridal inquiries about swatches and how Apricity colorways stack up next to David's Bridal, a popular one-stop shop for brides and bridesmaids dresses, so we decided to do a side-by-side comparison to see just how close our colors match up.
JANUARY DRESS IN SEAFOAM VS. DAVID'S BRIDAL SPA
Our AQUA colorway is a dead ringer for David Bridal's Spa swatch! Available in the JANUARY design, this is stretch ponte fit and flare dress with a classic bateau neckline and pleated knee length skirt in fresh aqua with a hint of seafoam mint.
JANUARY DRESS IN WATERMELON VS. DAVID'S BRIDAL CORAL REEF
Our WATERMELON colorway for the JANUARY dress features the same universally flattering fabric and fit in a cool coral with a touch of pink. A delightful bow detail adorns the back scoop neck still modest enough to conceal most bras and undergarments, and it gets pretty darn close to David Bridal's Coral Reef swatch.
JANUARY DRESS IN JADE VS. DAVID'S BRIDAL PACIFIC
Visually similar but the differences are more apparent when photographed. We're just a smidgen darker than David Bridal's Pacific Swatch, but these are so close, they could be sisters. The JANUARY dress is available 8 shades: Charcoal Gray, Jade Teal, Coral, Watermelon, Seafoam Mint, Aqua, Navy Blue, Plum Purple. RIVER DRESS IN DUSTY PINK VS. DAVID'S BRIDAL BALLET
David Bridal's Ballet swatch is a hint lighter and whispers, while our Rose colorway sparkles with a bit more brilliance. The RIVER dress is a delicate and feminine stretch crepe frock in paneled woven lace overlay with sheer straps. Our Dusty Rose is a pink that's both soft and warm, wonderfully romantic and whimsical with a very full, gathered skirt and fitted bodice.
